제 목: To be a referee
1. Do you read the scientific literature?
2. Are you capable of interpreting data and drawing conclusions from them?
3. Are you able to determine whether an experment is conducted correctly and
provides the date it was designed to provide?
If the answers to these questions are "yes", then you are capable of serving
as a referee for the manuscript. In fact, serving as a referee for a
manuscript is good training for a Ph. D. student.
If the answer to any of the questions is "no", then I think you should
reconsider if you should continue to pursue your Ph.D. studies.
지난번에 노르웨이 학회에서 발표하고...
학회에서 발표된 다른사람 논문을 review하라고 왔길래...
박사과정 학생이라면서 '할 수 없다'라고 했더니...
